The Bald Truth: Sex, Lies & Politics
Rogues Gallery of Sex, Lies and Video

With the implosion of N.Y. Gov. Elliot Spitzer for frequenting the same high-priced escorts he enjoyed busting as a prosecutor, we’ve compiled a farewell rogues gallery so he won’t feel so alone.
Former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey resigned in 2004 confessing an affair with another man, but this week The Other Man, the former driver, revealed the Gov was really bisexual and that he’d been the third wheel with McGreevey and wife, Dina, for years. He only came forward in the New York Post, he said, after hearing the ex-wife trash Gov. Spitzer as a hypocrite.
“Not only would I not knowingly have married a gay man, but I would never have allowed a gay man to father my child,” wrote Dina Matos in her memoir last year. Mid-divorce, the ex- first couple of New Jersey has a 6-year-old daughter, Jacqueline.
Our rogues gallery actually ends with McGreevey’s resignation, but begins with the greatest hits from the sex, lies and hypocrisy beat:
Rev. Jim Bakker and his late wife, Tammy Faye, denying he engaged in gay sex or dallied with a church secretary, or bilked his followers to the tune of $168 million, then confessing to sex, lies and pulpetry, and serving a federal prison term…
Rev. Jimmy Swaggart, who brought JB down over Jessica Hahn, then flamed out in a sleaze trail of cheap hookers…Bill Clinton who did not have “sexual relations with that woman,” then confessed he did, if oral sex counts … We’re not even counting Jennifer Flowers. What’s Hillary going to do without her New York Gov. superdelegate now that Spitzer’s gone in a sin fall evoking her own Testosterone Bill?
At least Wild Bill kept it in the oval office, and out of public restrooms, unlike Rep. Larry Craig who denied drug accusations in 1982, then last year, innocently bumped undercover feet in a bathroom stall, he said, only to plead guilty to “make it go away,” apologizing to his flock.
And remember Mark Foley, who rallied for missing and exploited kids, and railed against pedophiles, calling them “sick people who need mental health counseling.” Was he preaching to himself before he resigned over sexually explicit text messages to male pages…
Then a Louisiana senator and a fetching $300 an hour New Orleans out call gal who boasted a black book with 50 more politicians, including 20 from bayou state, prosecutors, federal agents and others. Sen. Vitter, where are you?
But it’s McGreevey and the menage in the New Jersey governor’s mansion that makes Spitzer pale.
At least he was spending his own money in dropping tens of thousands of dollars on high-priced call girls he was also sending to jail.
It’s not about sex but hypocrisy.

you know in that place across the pond..called Europe men have been having affairs for centuries and no one really cares about their illicit liasons. No one cares and the business goes on as usual without interuppution.
example ; That French president and his new flavor I mean wife that Bruni chickie babe. In Italy it goes on all the time…it is a cultural thing here, for some reason everyones business who is in public life is always under the microscope perhaps it is time to change that, an put those papps out of work. What do you all think about that idea?
Art your last sentence perhaps it was the job that these girls did maybe the value in their performance was not up to Mr Mcgreevy’s standards, if you are paying that much it better be the best you’ve ever had or get a return on your investment!

You’re right Art….it is about hypocrisy. The ones who are so outspoken are the ones guilty of the same practices, so it seems. There are a few more that could be named.
Maybe it’s time to take Viagra off the market. lol

Are your ‘google ads’ getting any hits?
Some of those ‘educational’ ones might even inspire some body.
I’ve spun my wheels for so long, need a wedge.
