LOS ANGELES, April 2–Well it is almost 9:40 AM and here comes Sandra Will Carradine, the former wife of actor Keith, married in 1982 and all done November 2000!

One of the lawyers from Terry Christensen’s (an attorney to be tried in a separate trial after Pellicano) firm moved closer to get a better seat and view when she came in. She tells us that when she met the Pelican to try and bag her husband’s financial information, it was the normal $25,000 retainer, and the games begin! She was asked if she knew that she had been “recorded secretly?”

LMAO…none of these people knew, and what must be going through the minds of many of these people now! “Yes, he was the Pelican, who loved to hear the hook being jammed into his victims!”

Maybe he’s giving a “How-to Guide for P.I.s” showing how to work your clients and maximize your “take.” All we are missing here, folks, is a skull and cross bones and maybe an eye-patch…we will have to substitute the parrot for a pelican!

The former Mrs. C tells us all how Keith has taken a loan out for one million and he is going through it like Armenians at an all you can eat shishkabab restaurant.

She cannot figure out what is happening to her “community assets!” (These women have all the same concerns that every woman has going through a DIVORCE. They could have learned a lot from DesperateExes.com!)

And in the previous weeks, I have seen many and all got a good working over of their wallets with this guy!

Mrs. C is different, she did give him the first $25,000 and when he tries to tell her that the “cable was cut” and needs another $10,000 she does not bite the “hook,” the very same hook we have seen so many others bite! She has a better idea, yes sireee! She is going to sleep with the Pelican — as she stated, “on and off” from around December 2001 to January 2006! For most it would have been go get my checkbook! (This woman will at one point put her house up for collateral on his bail.)

LOS ANGELES, April 2–10:10 AM Tuesday, here comes another fool with a pocket full of money…it was asked of this clown if it was all his! Hmmmm, we will see. Adam D. Sender is from New York and is a hedge fund manager and has control of a reported 100 million dollars…YES! This kid is smart on one level and a fool on another, more money than common sense. Oh, he is smart…Hell he has found people and banks to give him a great sum of money to invest, and go figure?

Adam is a little on the short side and has long shoulder length hair and a good solid voice. Sometime in 1999 he gives Aaron Russo $1,000,000 and $100,000 to invest in “the entertainment industry.” The name was to be “MAX & SAM,” the names of Russo’s kids! LMAO. Perhaps Sender should have just given it to the kids directly, it would have hurt less! Well. you have already guessed it, Russo doesn’t invest wisely and pretty soon Adam the boy genius is out his money and cannot seem to find Russo…remember what I said several times already about fools and there money being separated, well here it is again! This is funny in a sick way — the $100,000 was for Russo to develop a “Holistic Drug” line…Russo recently died of cancer…was it stress or the holistic drug line?

DAD HIRES PELICAN TO WIRETAP DAUGHTER’S CHEATING HUBBIE:

MARCH 31, Los Angeles–And the band played on, what is going on? I am probably more confused now as to the criminal justice system than when I started my career many years ago!

Now I know that the system is good, and for the most part works. The prosecutors on this case are right on top of their game and seldom if ever miss a beat! But can anyone explain to me the issue of “immunity”?

Some government witnesses have shown up charged and are cooperating and testifying against their former hero, both employees and former employers of Mr. Pellicano. Meanwhile, others who were deeply involved with Pellicano’s shenanigans — and clearly knowledgeable of what they were involved in — are getting away with it scot-free, neither charged themselves nor compelled to testify even with “immunity.” Could the answer be the “statute of limitations”…or in this case, the “savior of careers”?!

Last week, Mr. Freddy DeMann strolls into court and admits that he listened to wiretaps of his daughter’s cheating husband and even admitted to paying for it.

He went further to say that he played his daughter a small piece of one of the tapes, and he strolls right back out the same door that he had sailed through maybe 15 minutes earlier!

Now why are some prosecuted and some given immunity…and Mr. DeMann was pretty much clear sailing? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think this guy wanted to break the law and again, we don’t know which Hollywood lawyer “hooked him up” with Pellicano…or better yet got him “plugged in,” but can we say “that’s all folks!?” How is this working?

Freddy was witness #19 and #20 is his lovely daughter Pilar. What he did is what any father would do, and I have a total understanding of that and I guess as Mr. Chad Hummel, Esq. (and one of the more vocal lawyers in the room) attempted to get in upon his very short cross-examination was “this was a good thing.” Note: I don’t know where Mr. Hummel came from, but let me tell you he is good, he is very good! Watching him try to defend his client Arneson and his strategy each day, it is not easy for him, as the evidence against his client is powerful…

WRIGHT, WRONG AND RAY:

LOS ANGELES, Mar. 31—Well I heard it before I saw it. Teresa Wright came into the court and it seemed she was “welling” up, and as she stated her name you could hear the emotion in her voice. This woman had a great job with the phone company, but unlike “Happy Ray” never got a chance to retire. She was canned, trashed and shown the door! Not even a “gold phone” — zippo!

Upon sitting she was asked to point out “Happy Ray” and she did, he was sitting at the end of the table like a lump. She told the court that she was a “manager” and always gave Rayford Turner whatever he asked for! And this was Ray’s Day to hear how his life was going to change, more likely for the worse. She told the court that she had done “hundreds” of private record searches…did she say hundreds? And again we got to see Anita Busch’s name. Hmmm, just a thought, I wonder what the Pelican thinks when he hears that name? LMAO!

She and Turner had been friends for more than 20 years, and she was crying…oh, I felt so bad for her. Even Pellicano turned away from seeing her. However, when I looked at “Happy Ray,” he was just staring and was dry-eyed. Hell, he got a retirement and he got paid and paid and paid, and his friend of more than 20 years got bupkis.

It has been said by many that I am the Anti-Doctor Phil, as I live in the real world and I actually have licenses for what I do, but looking at this bunch do not the cuckoo “birds of a feather flock together?” This is my thought: a Pelican, Kiwi, Vulture, and DoDo Bird, you pick the one for each of these nitwits! Oh, I almost forgot one, Ostrich! Ms. Wright said that even after “Happy” retired he would call and she would give him stuff.

Sometimes by phone, and sometimes they would meet, and so far the “payment” has not been discussed. Teresa looks to have not missed too many meals, and I was wondering if he traded perhaps donuts or cakes? I am not trying to insensitive and I apologize, maybe a box of fried chicken, how did he compensate this poor woman?
