“The only easy day was yesterday,” says U.S. Navy Seal athlete David Goggins who pushes beyond his limits every day, staying in top shape for races and missions.
We don’t know what SEAL Team he’s on, but be assured, Seal Team 6 team members who took out Osama Bin Laden had to be in top physical shape and mentally focused, like Goggins and his extraordinary training regimin.
“To become a SEAL in the Naval Special Warfare/Naval Special Operations (NSW/NSO) community, you must first go through what is widely considered to be the most physically and mentally demanding military training in existence,” says Navy.com where Goggins video was posted.. “Then comes the tough part: the job of essentially taking on any situation or foe that the world has to offer.

The mental and physical discipline that our troops must maintain is awesome. Our Nation, lives and freedoms depend on them. It is not enough to repay them for their will, honor, integrity, and sacrifice with pride.
They have my respect.
Thank you Navy Seals! Thank you to all of our troops!
God Bless America!

Hey Art,
Great article. It has been a amazing past few weeks. It's strange, now, that bin Laden is gone. But, I'm thinking and feeling good about it! But, it's a rather strange state of being. Waiting for 'what happens next', like the other shoe to drop. Seal team 6 did a astonishing job!
Luv ya
