Nice recaps, Art…Will there be justice for Caylee? I am leaning toward no…George, Cindy and Lee, are more interested in saving Casey, than justice for Caylee, especially Cindy…The prosecution isn't doing enough to research her possible lies. I get the impression they are afraid of her…Today, Cindy said on the stand, "Caylee was born a month ahead of schedule".. Why didn't the prosecution ask how much Caylee weighed at birth? The infant photos of Caylee looks like a healthy, normal weight baby, and not a premmie…This was in relation to the baby shower. Lee said was in June, Cindy said August, a month before Caylee's expected delivery date of September…They can't even keep their stories straight.. i have a question…Why is Cindy allowed to take notes in court, and take them home with her, when the Jurors have to leave their notes in their seats when leaving for the day? This makes it easy for Cindy go home and talk with George and Lee about the details of the days hearing, and possibly prepare them for their testimony…Of course a book deal is in the making…IMO

Great points…we’ll have up last two weeks soon ie recaps. But I agree Cindy cut their legs off, or at least their ankles and gave juror no 4 something to hang her hat on re reasonable doubt. If suddenly who searched for the knockout drug is under question, whoa baby…why didn’t the DA pull up discovery questions to read if Cindy was asked? Maybe they didn’t ask it that way. We are looking for the transcript… So it’s easy to see how they’d be conspiring to spin it in a way so Caley would be spared premeditation and thus, a likely noose. This is the family that sticks together, through thick, thin and murder. Sorry, Caylee.

Although I believe there was an accidental murder, notice I said murder , because I am not excusing it, I do NOT think the prosecuter proved his case. No way! I took out all the news media in my head that they didnt hear, and it is just not there! Guess we will find if any jurer thinks as I do. I think that Nancy Grace jumps the gun and influences people, never taking up for the woman. Always the man. Thank GOD I dont think the jurers heard her. I hope not anyway.

Does anyone really know what happened? It is all speculation. I thought I had it figured out until watching the trial. SOMETHING HUGE is missing.

If you feel that way, wonder what jurors are thinking…if scribbling notes is an indicator, courtroom observers say at least two were scribbling away during Cindy’s last foray…No, I did the searching for the chloro..phyl, not form…not Casey…

Yes, and one of them was juror number four, the one who can't "judge" another person..

Well, like so many other cases…as long as ppl involved lie and enough time goes by it gets harder to prove. I know a motive would be nice, a sure fire cause of death, that would be the ideal trial for a Prosecution team, but jurors should understand that and listen closely to what they do have. No matter how many lies Cindy now tells ( i think the jury can see the lies) , they know as Dr G said, a child shouldn't have duct tape on them, or be in bags thrown in a swamp.BUT…here's the thing the defense cannot get around no matter who lies..Baez admitted Casey knew with certainty Caylee died on June 16, 2008. She's the only one who has admitted to anything to do with Caylee's death. That ( thankfully) imo puts the defense in a spot they can't get out of. ADMISSION from one person only…so far. With these nuts ya never know.

I also agree, it was imo a mistake to allow the Anthony's in the courtroom daily and Cindy allowed to "take notes". What does she need to take notes for? She's not a juror and she's not on trial. To let them sit in the courtroom is one thing ( and a very questionable decision as much as i like the judge), but to allow her to take notes went way too far. I'm thinking the Judge may be seeing an "ambush" going on from the family and will do what he can to limit the defense on the questioning of the Anthony's, or, he may let them keep talking until someone is so clearly lying they end up at a loss for words…if that's possible. That's what they do, avoid direct answers by weaving in too many unimportant little details. IMO..the Prosecutor's this week MUST demand direct answers and not allow the fill in blabber. Don't accept "possibly" anymore, demand a yes or no, especially from Cindy.

Hey Art,
You should be one of the 'experts' that someone should talk to: Vinnie, Nancy,….someone!
I've been thinking about Lee, Cindy and George. Do you think it's possible they are doing and divide and conquor scenario? All of the reports about how close they are, yet the last times on the stand, contradicted each other, I don't they have forgotten Caylee for one second, And, even though Casey is being such a b*tch to her entire family. Personally, I think she likes jail, gets a lot of attention and thinks she rules the roost. What do you think, Art?
Take Care, Stay Cool and catch me on the flip.
Luv ya

I'm sure the rebuttal by the Prosecution side will bring up Cindy's lies as we now know who they have added to their witness list. I think Baez made a huge error today ( Wed) by treating George so badly. Mocking his suicide attempt while Casey sits there cold as ICE. I have complete faith in the Prosecutor's that they will bring this all home for the jury, show everything that has been brought up does nothing to prove the accusations Beaz made. It's not over yet but at the end, what will be left is Casey is the only one proven to know with certainty Caylee died on June 16, 2008, they admitted it. Only she knows how Caylee ended up in trash bags, thrown into a swamp. She shows NO emotion for Caylee, ever. Juror's must see that. Justice for Caylee has to happen here, and as of today i think George has realized it no matter what the outcome to Casey. He can not deny his love for Caylee and it's about time this trial has become about Caylee.

Cindy and George should be locked up along with Casey.. They are liars, and although I don't think the prosecution will pursue it, something should be done…What a bad example for the Anthony's children…The seed was planted early…..I realize she is their daughter, but their lying to protect their daughter does nothing but show lying is ok, and "we are above the law", which I think has been the Anthony's way of life for years…
I have two questions:
How can Cindy Anthony afford to wear a new dress everyday to court. She gets a SS disability check every month.. Hardly enough money to spend lavishly.. Maybe she could use some of her money to pay back Rivers Cruz…The ex-mistress that gave George 4,000. It's a family of take, and what can you do for me today…
How can one family have so many pets dying?
